The project EuBiA aims to strenghten and widen regional and European contacts and partnerships in the field of "Learning in Senior Age", to exchange know how, experience and best practice and to develop a sign posting guide which will give direction for a successful coping with older learners.
Concrete objectives:Supporting “lifelong learning in senior age” in all partner regions

Promoting the European dimension of learning regions for the target group of older people
Exchange of know how and experience
Improved practice in senior education among the partners and wider through the transfer of knowledge and ideas and critical reflection on current practice
An enduring network stretching across the partnership and including older people and proposals as to how such partnerships and networks can be sustained
An internet platform (www.bia-net.org) open for dissemination of all relevant matters and to encourage discussion of them
Developing a sign posting guide to give answers to questions, like: what is the good of networking,how to reach older people even those who don’t think highly of learning in getting older,is there anything like inter generative learning and what has to be done to make an inter generative exchange happen,do older people feel that they have to be empowered, what could be done to make empowerment a point for older people,where and how do program providers and trainer find good practice
